NISM Quiz Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
When you use NISM Quiz, we may collect your name, email address, authentication information, account settings, quiz answers, scores, progress, study-note completion, quiz history, coins, streaks, leaderboard activity, and support messages. We may also receive device, app, crash, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, provide learning content, save and restore progress, calculate scores and readiness, maintain leaderboards and streaks, process purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, troubleshoot errors, and improve NISM Quiz.
3. Services and sharing
NISM Quiz uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Firebase App Check, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play Billing. These providers process information on our behalf for authentication, storage, analytics, security, purchase verification, and app functionality. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising purposes.
4. Purchases
One-time chapter, mock-test, and Full Access purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. NISM Quiz receives purchase identifiers and verification information needed to confirm entitlement and prevent unauthorized access. Payment card and bank details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by NISM Quiz.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access and encrypted network communication. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account credentials and device.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting aeroriseinternational@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, financial accounting, or legitimate security needs.
7. Children’s privacy
NISM Quiz is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
8. Your choices
You may review profile information in the app, manage notification preferences, stop using the service, and request account or data deletion. You may also contact us with questions about your information or this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be published in the app and at this public policy URL.
